Avetisian Capital Group LLC is led by Arman Avetisian with a simple operating standard: make fair offers, move quickly, and do what you say you’re going to do.
The company grew out of direct experience with land and the decision to pursue property development with a clearer vision. That led to a sharper focus on acquiring residential land, tear-down opportunities, and distressed properties where sellers want a faster path forward.
We are not trying to impress sellers with fluff. We are trying to solve a real problem: too many property owners get stuck between listing headaches, repair issues, commission costs, and buyers who waste time. Our role is to make the process cleaner.
